Planning a wedding, family reunion, special birthday party or anniversary? Organizing corporate functions, a fundraising event, or client appreciation reception? We can do it all. Our venue rental includes full access to our various event spaces as well as set-up and take-down of all tables and chairs. Our award winning, exclusive catering staff takes pride in their creativity and quality of products and services and offer a varied selection of menus.

All the banquet essentials including linens, napkins, plateware, silverware, glassware, are included as well as a full staff of catering professionals to look after your guests. Additionally, we offer custom design and décor services to help you create a unique experience. Our Event and Catering Coordinators work with you every step of the way to customize the space and menus to suit any celebration.

 

LUXURY WEDDINGS

The Norland Historic Estate is a wedding venue with unparalleled elegance, romance, and luxury. We offer exclusive single day and full weekend venue booking wedding packages that are available year-round. Your venue booking includes full access to the Estates Venue spaces. During the spring and summer weddings can be celebrated amongst the natural beauty or the grounds, with ceremonies in the gardens near the gazebo and receptions hosted in the outdoor Garden Tent. Smaller, intimate celebrations can make use of the Mansion’s Ballroom, where floor-to-ceiling windows provide the perfect backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, and dancing the night away. Brides can relax and get ready on-site in one of five guests rooms, accommodating 10 VIP wedding guests, and later take pictures amongst the historic house and beautiful landscape.

Single Day Exclusive Wedding Package

  • Venue Price Details
  • Venue Access from 7am to 1am.
  • Full access to grounds and Mansion for photography.
  • Five (5) guestrooms for accommodation in the mansion (Sleeps 10). Check-in 3pm, check out 11am.
  • All tables and chairs for the event (White Garden chairs for the Garden Tent and outdoors, Chivairi Chairs for the Ballroom).
  • Full set-up and clean-up of the event space (excluding your own décor).
  • High Season Venue Price   |   May 15 - September 15
  • Exclusive access to Garden Tent and Mansion Ballroom for event. Note: For final guest counts less than 100 guests the tent will not be used.
  • Wedding ceremony in the Gardens or in Mansion Ballroom depending on weather and preference.
  • Access to Ballroom for late evening after tent is required to close down.
  • Saturday $3,950 (minimum catering & décor spend $5,000–excluding alcohol)
  • Friday $3,350 (minimum catering & décor spend $4,500–excluding alcohol)
  • Sunday to Thursday $1,950 (minimum catering & décor spend $4,000–excluding alcohol)
  • Mid Season Venue Price   |   March 1 to May 14 & September 16 to December 31
  • Exclusive access to Mansion Ballroom for event.
  • Wedding ceremony in Ballroom or Gardens depending on weather and preference.
  • Saturday $2,500 (minimum catering & décor spend $4,000–excluding alcohol)
  • Friday $2,000 (minimum catering & décor spend $3,500–excluding alcohol)
  • Sunday to Thursday $1,400 (minimum catering & décor spend $3,000–excluding alcohol)
  • Low Season Venue Price   |   January 1 to February 28
  • Exclusive access to Mansion Ballroom for event.
  • Wedding ceremony in Ballroom or Gardens depending on weather and preference.
  • Saturday $1,900 (minimum catering & décor spend $3,500–excluding alcohol)
  • Friday $1,600 (minimum catering & décor spend $3,000–excluding alcohol)
  • Sunday to Thursday $1,100 (minimum catering & décor spend $2,500 – excluding alcohol)

Sundays on a Long Weekend will be priced the same rate as a Friday. An upcharge will apply to any event booked on a Statutory Holiday– please refer to your sales coordinator.

Whether you are planning a small intimate affair for 20 people to a large function for up to 300 guests we offer a professional, charming, and private setting for any informal or formal event. Social events can be celebrated with the intimacy of an at-home function without the hassle of doing it yourself and corporate events can be smoothly planned, catered, and decorated with the help of our experienced team.

All event bookings are customized to suit your needs and our staff will attend to every detail to ensure every comfort and convenience, from the moment you make an inquiry, through the planning process, to event execution. Function rooms’ set-up and take down of all tables, chairs, linens, and all banquet essentials are included as well as complete staff of catering professionals to attend to your guests.
